Mildred “Millie” Carol Simmons, 55, of Ash, died Sunday, August 28, 2016.
She was born on August 21, 1961 in Brunswick Co, a daughter of the late Herbert and Alma Benton Stanley.
Surviving are her husband, Larry Simmons; two sons, Jason Dale Simmons, of Jacksonville, Troy Alan Simmons; and fiancé, Lindsay Lawson, of Winston Salem; daughter, Shanna Grace Simmons; brother, David Stanley, of Ash, sister, Louise Adams, of Supply, and two grandchildren, Mackenzie & Lexi.
A memorial service will be at 3 pm on Thursday in Brunswick Funeral Service Chapel.
Interment will be private.
