Nancy C. Branflick, 68, of Sunset Beach, NC, died April 27, 2021. She was born in Charleston, West Virginia, on October 10, 1952, a daughter of James Chatfield and Alice Rust Chatfield. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Jane Ann Chatfield.
She was a retired Telephone Company Engineer and was the first female Lineperson in her area while living in Maryland. She was a member of the Ladies Golf Group.
Surviving are her daughter, Stacy McLeod (David) of Charlotte, NC; brother, J. R. Chatfield of Austin, Texas; and grandchildren, Kiaren, Miranda, and Maddy.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 2:00 PM in St. James the Fisherman Episcopal Church, Shallotte, NC.
