Obituary
Nancy Mable Shotwell, 76 of Sunset Beach, NC, formerly of Fayetteville, NC, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018.
Born in Pennsylvania on January 6, 1942, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Emma Ferguson. Mrs. Shotwell was a retired elementary school teacher and was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Dallas J. Shotwell, Jr.
Surviving are her two sons, Dallas J. Shotwell III and wife, Jenny, of Lumberton and Henry Shotwell and wife, Debra, of Hope Mills; and granddaughters, Kayla and Sheridan Shotwell.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 18, in the Brunswick Funeral Service chapel in Shallotte. Burial will follow in Brunswick Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. prior to the service.
Memorials may be made in her name to Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter for the SECU Hospice House of Brunswick, 1414 Physicians Drive, Wilmington, NC 28401.
