Obituary
Patricia Ann Tripp, 84, of Ocean Isle Beach, NC died May 23, 2024.
Born in Brunswick County, NC on March 3, 1940, she was a daughter of the late Leo Haddock and Ruby Russ Haddock. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Malton “Rusty” Tripp, Sr., and a sister, Carol Danford.
Surviving are her son Malton R. Tripp, Jr. (Mimi), Riegelwood, NC; daughters, Shelia Martin (Michael), Ocean Isle Beach, NC and Sheri Bordeaux (Richard), Delco, NC; brother, David Haddock (Terri), Shallotte, NC; sisters, Shelby Harvey, Washington, DC and Debbie Stanley (David), Bolivia, NC; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, May 26, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the Brunswick Funeral Service Shallotte Chapel. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home, and from 6:00-8:00 PM, on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at the family residence in Riegelwood, North Carolina
The family wishes to thank Michael, Shelia, Hannah and Rebekah for their care of Pat and Rusty during their recent illness and also to C. J. Smith Bailey.
