Patricia Gardner, 90, Shallotte, NC died on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
Born in New York, NY on September 10, 1930, she was the daughter of the late John Courtlandt Smith and Helen McCreesch. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert John Gardner, and son, Kenneth J. Gardner.
Surviving is a daughter, Gale Muller (Artie), Smithtown, NY; daughter-in-law, Mary Gardner, Pittsburgh, PA, and three grandchildren.
