Obituary
Patrick Benjamin Cufone, born to Tessie and Frank Cufone on August 19, 1939 in Jersey City, New Jersey, passed peacefully at home on the morning of March 27, 2023 in Carolina Shores, North Carolina. He was 83 years old. He is survived by his sister, Julia Fossati, wife, Carole Cufone (nee Cochrane), children, daughter Marianne Cufone and sons Christopher and Craig Lucas, grandchildren, Michael, Rebecca, Derek, Ryan and Jeremy Lucas, and his dog Dixie. He was a graduate of Rutgers University, and spent years as an executive in the technology and data processing fields working for various companies, including Atlas Copco, Kraft, and IBM. His Celebration of Life with friends and family will be at 11:30am on April 2, 2023 at the Brunswick Funeral Home at 5229 Ocean Highway West, Shallotte, NC, 28470. Pat always loved good food, so the family requests in lieu of flowers or other gifts, donations please be made in memory to his favorite charity that delivers healthy fresh food to under-resourced communities.
