Patsy Louise Hickman, 77, of New Port Richey, FL, died Monday, May 27, 2024.
Born in Columbus County on February 10, 1947, she was the daughter of the late William Chappell and Eloise Simmons Chappell. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son B. LaMar Hickman and brother Shelton Inman.
Surviving are husband, Marvin Hickman; daughter Amanda Murphy of New Port Richey, FL; brothers William Chappell (Linda) of Ash, NC, and Chris Chappell (DeLinda) of Calabash, NC; daughter-in-law Sadie Hickman of Austin, TX; sisters-in-law Martha Inman of Shallotte, NC and Mary Anna Duke of Calabash, NC; brother-in-law Bill Hickman (Libby) of Panama City, FL; grandchildren Savannah Stacy and Jessalyn Hickman; godson Matthew Mettler, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 11:00am in Brunswick Funeral Service Shallotte Chapel by the Reverend Wayne Faulk. A burial will follow in the Brunswick Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Friday, May 31, 2024, at the funeral home.
Serving pallbearers are Matthew Chappell, DeLane Chappell, Neil King, Billy Inman, Tommy Hickman, Jimmy Hickman, and Greg Bland.
