Paul Edward Pannell, 81 of Shallotte, NC died July 16, 2022
He was born in Winona, WV on August 24, 1940 a son of the late James Bert Pannell and Vivgie Dempsey Pannell. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by seven siblings.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired Computer Programmer.
Surviving are his son, Steven Pannell (Denise) of Chesapeake Bay, MD; daughters, Caryn Smalls (Tony) of Murrells Inlet, SC and Lisa Pennell of Ocean Isle Beach, NC and five grandchildren.
There will be no local services.
