Peggy Crump Benoy, 85, of Shallotte died Thursday, August 11, 2016. She was born on November 3, 1930, in Mecklenburg County, NC, a daughter of Ben Crump and Lottie Byrd Crump. She was a retired banker and a member of Shallotte Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are her husband, Ralph R. Benoy; daughters, Buzzy Benoy of Wilmington, NC and Dana Roland (Michael) of Midlothian, VA; and two grandchildren, Zachary and Molly Sue.
Services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Sunday, August 14, at Shallotte Presbyterian Church by The Rev. John Causey. A reception will follow at the Church.
