Obituary
Pete W. "Sonny Boy" Inman, 77, of Shallotte, NC died June 23, 2018.
He was born in Brunswick County on March 7, 1941, the son of the late John Henry Inman and Effie Todd Inman. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a son, Timothy Inman and grandsons, Brandon Smith and Cody Hammond.
Prior to retirement he owned and operated Pete W. Inman Builders Comapny.
Surviving are a son, Dennis Inman of Bladenboro, NC; daughters, Wanda Smith, Pamela DiCicco, Tammy Rising (Ronnie) and Karen Butler all of Bladenboro, NC; brothers, Robert Hegge and Junior Inman both of Shallotte; sister, Doris Hughes of Shallotte, NC; grandchildren, Jonathan Smith, Justin Inman, Alex Inman, Austin Inman, Amanda Pollack, Blake Inman, Savannah Little, Hunter Jackson, Colby DiCicco, Parker Allen, Weston Pidgeon and Jake Butler; greatgrandchildren, Cameron Inman, Myah Inman, Brooklyn Pollack and Maddalynn Dowless.
Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 4:00 pm in the chapel of Brunswick Funeral Service. Interment will follow in Brunswick Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
