Rachael Lindsey Howland, 37, of Fayetteville, NC died July 12, 2020.
Born in Cumberland County, NC on September 13, 1982. She was the daughter of Gerald J. Howland, Jr. and Denise Powell Howland. She was predeceased by a brother, Elwood Brent Howland.
Surviving in addition to her parents include her daughter, Payton Ellen Cagle of Fayetteville, NC and a half sister, Alivia Cagle; brother, Gerald J. Howland, III of Surfside Beach, SC; parental grandmother, Anna Howland of Fayetteville, NC; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A graveside service will be conducted in Brunswick Memorial Gardens, Shallotte, NC at 2:00 pm Monday, July 20, 2020.
Social distancing and masks are required.
