Obituary
Robert C. Hughes, Jr. (Bobby),76, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. He was born on January 22, 1946 to Robert C Hughes, Sr. and Anne F. Hughes and was the eldest of his four siblings.
Bobby is survived by his beloved wife Donna J. Hughes of fifty-seven years; his son Matthew R. Hughes (Susie); his sister Paula H. Noble (James); grandchildren Matthew Hunter Hughes (Brittany), Hayden Fowler Hughes; and great grandson Hudson.
Bobby was a successful entrepreneur and established a thriving small family business for future generations. Bobby lived his faith daily by sharing his love for Christ, helping others and sharing the gospel one cross at a time. Bobby loved his family and was adored by all for his kind, loving generous spirit.
Memorial services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon on Friday, November 4, 2022 at Brunswick Funeral Service, Shallotte Chapel.
The family will receive friends at 11:00 AM prior to the service.
