Obituary
Robert Constantine Hanania, 75, of Sunset Beach passed away September 15, 2016 with his loving family by his side. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, on July 2, 1941 to Gabriel Hanania and Matilda Gohson Hanania. After serving his country in the US Army he graduated college and began a long career as a buyer for Sears Roebuck Company. He played baseball and later served as an umpire and referee for baseball, basketball, and football for many years.
Surviving are his wife, Nancy McCaskill Hanania; sons, Bryan G. Hanania (Rachael) of Phoenix, AZ and David C. Hanania (Penny) of Batavia, Ill; daughter, Barbara Ellen Herring (Bradley) of Clinton, NC; and five grandchildren.
Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Brunswick Funeral Service. The family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 AM prior to the 11:00 AM Funeral Service. Interment will be in Pine Bluff Cemetery, Pine Bluff, NC.
