Sherlock Paul Holmes, Jr., 93, of Sunset Beach, NC died Sunday, September 15, 2024.
Born in Bridgeport, CT on May 9, 1931, he was the son of the late Sherlock Paul Holmes, Sr., and Elizabeth Maskel Holmes. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wives Carol Dunn Holmes and Eleanor “Ellie” Frances Holmes, brother Jack Holmes, and son Michael Homes.
He was a United States Air Force Veteran and a retired Product Control Manager for Sikorsky Aircraft Company.
Surviving are daughters Lisa Byler and Christine Griffin (Robert); grandchildren Bryant Griffin and Zachary Byler; great grandchildren Marilyn, Audrey, Thayer, Amity, and Corgan.
