Obituary
Terry Ivan Evans, Jr., 36, of Supply died August 2, 2017. Born in New Hanover County, NC, on March 26, 1981, he was a son of Terry I, "Bimbo" Evans, Sr. and Annette Simmons Evans.
He was employed by Shallotte Electric Company and Justin Milliken Racing as a fabricator. He was a member and driver in the NASCAR All American Series in the Late Model Stock and Super Truck Division.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Cassie Huffman Evans; sister, Tonya Garcia of Supply; nephews, Reed and Ethan Garcia of Supply; and his step-father, Larry Evans.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, August 6, 2017, at 3:00 PM, in Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 2919 Galloway Road, NE, Bolivia, NC, by Raceway Ministries Chaplain Ronald Bruce and The Rev. Anthony Clemmons. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Supply, NC.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM, prior to the service.
Active casket bearers will be Chuck "Pedee" Tharp, Eric Evans, Adam Fulford, Eric Knight, Paul Evans, and Zach Scharf. Honorary casket bearers will be Justin Milliken, Reed Garcia and Ethan Garcia.
