He was employed by Bill Bellamy & Sons Construction Company.
Surviving in addition to his mother are son, Bryan Gibbons (fiancée Laura Seagrave), Myrtle Beach, SC, and Keith Gibbons (Krysta), Conway, SC; sister, Karen Holzmann, Chicago, IL; brother, Michael Horner; granddaughter, Ellie Gibbons and several nieces and great nephews, and his significant other, Beth Elliott, Ocean Isle Beach, NC.
