Obituary
Thomas Peter Calandro, 69, of Calabash, formerly of Fairfield, New Jersey, died October 31, 2021. He was born in Hackensack, NJ, on November 25, 1951, the only child of Peter Calandro and Marie Mancini Calandro. He was a food scientist for Nabisco and designer of the Teddy Gram Cookie. He enjoyed his years of retirement and watching sports, especially the Mets and the Jets. He spent many happy hours with his grandchildren in amusement parks and having tea parties.
Surviving are his loving wife, Ann Marie Ianniello Calandro; sons, Daniel Calandro (Liddy) and Kyle Calandro (Julie); and grandchildren, Cameran, Nicholas, Noah, Eleanor, Caroline, Jackson, William, and Luciana.
A Prayer Service will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Monday, November 8, 2021, at Brunswick Funeral Service, Shallotte, by Decaon John Baffa.
